William is a practicing attorney and partner in The Holfinger Stevenson Law Firm. He has over 21 years of legal experience and an extensive 7+ year background providing counsel for real estate title insurance transactions. William's practice involves representing corporations, business owners, buyers and sellers, landlords, tenants, lenders and developers, as well as negotiating and drafting purchase agreements, leases, easements, and other legal documents. In addition, William provides consulting services and educational classes for realtors and attorneys. He was named Columbus REALTORS® 2012 instructor of the year.
