Alissa Holfinger has 7 years of first-hand experience representing people faced with criminal charges ranging from traffic cases to felony rape cases.  She was able to practice during those years alongside her late grandfather, Myron Shwartz, who was a well known criminal defense attorney, and whose history in Franklin County dates back to his opening of the public defender's office some 50 years ago.  Nicknamed "The Silver Fox", Myron was known both for his cunning in the courtroom and for his compassionate heart for his clients and for justice.
